Horrible...horrible... on vacation car was overheating. spent $2000 on other fixes - they couldn't diagnose the overheating problem. left dealership and car started with the overheating signal again. brought car o a real mechanic not a dealership - he diagnosed and fixed the problem in 1 1/2 hours. you would think a volvo dealer would have the expertise to figure it out. terrible terrible service.. never going back... .be careful...

Matt Thornton is very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Volvo of Palm Springs! This review is way overdue! Not only did my 2016 Volvo XC90 need its 120k mile service, but it was also in desperate need of repair. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Matt Thornton, Service Advisor for the duration of the work. Matt kept me up to date on all issues, no matter how great or small. Matt Thornton is very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Volvo of Palm Springs! This review is way overdue! Not only did my 2016 Volvo XC90 need its 120k mile service, but it was also in desperate need of repair. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Matt Thornton, Service Advisor for the duration of the work. Matt kept me up to date on all issues, no matter how great or small. He set me up with a loaner for the full term of my vehicle service. Matt was professional, kind and knowledgeable on all issues related to my Volvo. I can't recommend this dealership enough, especially after the service that was provided to me. I trust them to do honest work, and let's face it, you can't say that about every place. I also wanted to give a big shout out to the two technicians who worked on my car: Pete Lopez III & Luis Castillo. They were thorough and worked extra hard to find solutions to some of the problems presented that weren't typical issues. I appreciate their hard work! Thank you to the whole team who worked on my car! You got her back to a healthy state, and I can't appreciate you all enough.
